GETTING THE PRODUCT TO YOU:

SHIPPING:

All graphics are printed when ordered and will ship 3-5 business days after payment is received.  Jewelry items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received.

If the items arrive in less than perfect shape due to shipping issues, please email as soon as possible and let us know so that we can work with you to get you the product you expected.

If you don’t receive your item(s) within three weeks of purchase just get in touch with us so we can see what’s happened and work everything out.

Please let us know if you need your order rushed and we will do our best to make it happen.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

If for any reason, you are not thrilled with your purchase, please contact us by email within 10 days and We will gladly refund your payment not including the cost of shipping the item back to us upon receipt of the item in original condition. We want you to truly enjoy what you have payed for.

Please email us immediately if an item arrives damaged. A picture of the damaged item in its packaging would be appreciated with your email.

CUSTOM WORK:

If you would like to have custom words put on one of the images in our collection, we would be happy to work with you to add your words to one of our images within the constraints of the size of the print area of that particular image. There will be an additional fee of $25 USD for custom work and an additional week of processing time before we can ship your order. Please let us know by email if you want to discuss having custom work done.
